Maple Creek Indigenous Awareness Workshop

The Great Plains College Indigenous Engagement Committee, in partnership with the Office of the Treaty Commissioner, is hosting an Indigenous Education Workshop at each GPC location. At each workshop, Lyndon Linklater will cover First Nation worldview, an introduction to treaties and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada: Calls to Action. One of the initiatives of GPC’s Indigenous Engagement Committee is to bring learning and awareness opportunities to students, staff and the community.
