Truth and Reconciliation Committee, Swift Current and Area Presents: ReconciliACTION: The Path Forward. Join us for two days of exploring truth and reconciliation from both a historical perspective and the path forward. These are drop-in events, no pre-registration is required.
Day 1- May 11
9:30AM-1:00PM: Great Plains College Gymnasium
Join us for a special presentation from guest speakers Elders Larry Oakes and Dale Mosquito (on The History of Nekaneet First Nation) and from His Honour the Honourable Russ Mirasty Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan (on The Path Forward).
A walk to Market Square for lunch and pow wow dancing will take place following the presentations.
6:00PM-7:30PM: Swift Current Library (411 Herbert St E, Swift Current)

A walk to Market Square for lunch and a cultural presentation by Fiddler Mitch Durreault and Qu'Appelle Valley Dancers will follow.
