Location: Kindersley Campus

English Language training classes are back again in Kindersley. Permanent residents, work permit holders, or Canadian Citizen within the last ten years can take the class. Conversation classes will be held once a week.  Schedule to be determined after the Information Session.

Essential Skills for Newcomers
This program for newcomers will focus on employment readiness and language development skills for the workplace. This includes resume, cover letter and interview skills, courses and certifications for employment, cultural values for the workplace, work placement opportunities and general language acquisition skills. Learn more about this program.

Eligibility: Students must have an overall CLB 5 score; students must be a permanent resident of Canada.

IELTS Testing
We offer help to prepare for writing the IELTS exam on a demand basis. Visit ieltssaskatchewan.ca for upcoming exam dates.

Online Classes (POM: Provincial Online Model)
This class will help improve all four language skill areas and learn about living in Canada. To join this class, students must have a language level 4/5. 
Dates: September 17, 2024 - June 26, 2025
Time: 12:30-3:30 p.m., every Tuesday and Thursday
Location: Online

Online Classes (LINC: Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) 
This class provides basic language skills for eligible adult learners who are permanent residents. Students study online or by correspondence and work one-on-one with a TESL certified instructor.  In addition to the 1/2 hour weekly instructor session, students commit to 5-7 hours of independent student directed learning per week.
