Course Description
Introduction to health science emphasizing Indigenous perspectives. Topics: history of health and health care, theories of health, personal health, consumerism, interpreting health information and statistics, health careers. This is a first year course offered through the Saskatchewan Collaborate Bachelor of Science in Nursing. All four years of the program are available at the Great Plains College Swift Current Campus.
