The ABE Persistence Award is designed to recognize the perseverance of ABE students who are registered in the Adult Basic Education program at Great Plains College. Students must be enrolled full-time in the Adult 10, CAEC (formally GED), Grade 12 or Upgrading programs at one of our three locations (Kindersley, Maple Creek, & Martensville) and demonstrate their dedication to pursuing post-secondary education.
A total of six (6) awards will be presented during the 2025-26 year for students enrolled full-time in the Adult 10, CAEC (formally GED), Grade 12 or Upgrading programs. Awards will be distributed as follows at each campus/program center locations.
Kindersley: One (1) $1,500 award & One (1) $750 award
Maple Creek: One (1) $1,500 award & One (1) $750 award
Martensville: One (1) $1,500 award & One (1) $750 award

- Application are available July 1st - September 15th each academic year.
