SWIFT CURRENT – Great Plains College will again welcome safety training clients and community members to its 10th annual Safety Breakfast on March 26 at the Swift Current Campus Gymnasium. The free hot breakfast is open to all current and prospective clients interested in learning more about the college’s safety training opportunities.
“Safety is a priority in every workplace, and we are proud to support businesses, industries and individuals across the southwest with high‑quality training options,” said Angela Kazakoff, program coordinator for skills and safety training. “The Safety Breakfast is our opportunity to thank our existing clients for their continued partnership, welcome new clients and highlight the many safety training courses available through the college.”
Doors will open at 7 a.m., with coffee ready for guests, and breakfast will be served from 7:30–8:30 a.m. The event will include updates on available courses, training opportunities and program developments designed to support a wide range of industries. Attendees will also have the chance to win great prizes.
“We want to ensure our clients know about all the options available to them, including customized and on‑site training,” added Kazakoff. “This event also helps us learn how we can best support their training needs moving forward.”
Those interested in attending are asked to RSVP by March 19 to @email or by calling 306‑778‑5482.
